Perspective names are just like boxes made from block letters.
One Point Perspective Rules:
All Lines should be vertical, horizontal, or diagonal pointing to the one vanishing point.
Use any straight edge, such as a ruler to create your lines.
Start by sketching lightly the horizon line,
then place your one Vanishing Point on the horizon line.
One Point Perspective Assignment: Pointed Roof House
Draw a building, fence, sidewalk and road using one-point perspective, add details such as a person and trees to make it a finished picture.
Examples: You can make your image of a house, side drive, and fence, or a city scene with a side walk, or country scene with railroad tracks, or a farm house with telephone poles.
To get the correct angle of both sides of the roof and find the middle of your roof, lightly draw a rectangle on the top of the side of the house facing you. Then lightly draw an X through the rectangle. Erase the top parts, and darken only the part you want showing.
